Find out everything you need to know before booking with us

Do you serve breakfast?

Yes, everybody who books with us receives a complementary breakfast daily from 8:30 - 11:00. We usually serve falafel, foul, bread, fruits & sweets.

What ammenities does the hostel provide?

At Tranquilo we have a few things to keep you entertained and relaxed such as a vinyl bluetooth player, a TV with Netflix, and a beautiful backyard.

What can I do in Dahab?

People from all over the world come here to practice sports such as Scuba Diving, Free-diving, Mountain Climbing or you can simply go snorkeling by Lighthouse, which is 10 minutes away walking.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in: 14:00 - 22:00
Check-out: 8:00 - 12:00

Can I smoke?

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the hostel, however, we have a front and a back garden with ashtrays where you may smoke freely.

May I have visitors?

Non-guests can come before midnight, only in common spaces. Please inform someone from staff.

Do you have laundry services?

There is a washing machine with a fee of $100 EGP per load. Please ask staff for help and to get laundry detergent.

Is there any additional information I should know of before booking?

1. Please respect quiet hours from midnight until 7am.
2. Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made. Additional fees may apply.
3. The hostel is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items. There's various cameras in common spaces for safety.
4. Towels are provided upon request.
5. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Ask staff for password.
